We’ve officially teamed up with Fireline Pest Control, joining forces with my good friend Kevin Mitchell, his business partner Nathan Poulnot, and their outstanding team. This partnership brings together the local, personal service you know from Overwatch with Fireline’s additional resources, technicians, and expertise — all with one goal in mind: making sure you keep getting the best pest control service possible.
Here’s what’s staying exactly the same: same technicians in the field, our commitment to quality, and our focus on you as a customer.
Kevin and his team share the same values Overwatch has always stood for — reliability, integrity, and treating our customers like neighbors. I’ve known Kevin for years, and along with his business partner Nathan Poulnot, there’s no one I trust more to help lead this business forward. Kevin and his team are going to be more hands-on day-to-day — out in the field, making sure every job gets done right — while I stay closely involved on my end.
Kevin’s family is deeply rooted right here in our area, so this isn’t some outside company stepping in — it’s neighbors continuing to take care of neighbors. You’ll likely start seeing Fireline trucks out and about as our teams work together, so don’t be surprised to see a new logo on a familiar face.
I want you to know I’m still very much part of this — still around, still invested in taking care of you and your home and business, just like always. Kevin and his team simply bring more hands and more depth to the operation, so you get the best of both worlds: the people you already know and trust, with even more support behind them.
