I called Brandon on Monday and he could get me in on Tuesday, but the weather was not permitting, so he got me in the next day on Wednesday. He’s really nice and got here on time. He was courteous and explained everything he was going to do. He has shoes covers, so that’s great to see. He sprayed everywhere and the other guy cleaned my spider webs around the house. I’m very happy with the visit and will recommend his company to others!
After making a big mistake and going with one of the big companies, only to be let down three consecutive appointment days, I called Overwatch Pest Management in desperation. I was pleasantly surprised when Brandon, who answered my call, expressed he was the owner. So definitely I was not talking to some call center third party. He expressed to me he was in the middle of a service but had time to listen to my plea. Hearing the desperation I was in, Brandon gave me a time for that same day. Talk about being expeditious with his service. He not only kept his word—he managed to arrive 45 minutes earlier than expected. PROMPT SERVICES!
Brandon and his teammate were on time, actually early. Respectful, professional, knew what they were doing. Very happy with their service and their knowledge about my problems. Pointed out things I didn’t know were there. I definitely would recommend them and am having them back to do more work.

I’m really happy I found these guys. There aren’t many pest control companies that do the full interior and exterior service anymore. Brandon and Kirk both go out of their way to make sure they are giving me the best service. They even call ahead to ask about rescheduling in the case of bad weather that might reduce the effectiveness of the treatment. They are friendly and considerate. Rare qualities to find in this industry these days. Managing my account and payments is really easy on their website. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Brandon and set up an appointment, which he was able to meet. The response time was perfect. The cost was excellent…I did not feel like I was being overcharged. Brandon was very professional and easy to talk with. One of my jobs was a honey beehive. He explained about the requirement to remove the bee’s honey and nest completely and probably repair the roof area. He recommended another person for that job because they would save the hive and share it with beekeepers. If the other person was not available, Brandon could come and spray the bees and do the removal. The other person would save the bees, but Brandon would not be able to do that. I am thankful for his honesty and suggestions. He did remove the yellow jacket nest, which was my second issue. All done quickly and expertly. I can recommend Overwatch Pest Management Newman with the highest rating. You will not go wrong using Brandon and Overwatch.
If I could give them ten stars I would. I’ve dealt with both Brandon and Curt and these guys are the best. They show up on time, listen to your needs, and get the job done. I will never use anyone else for my house and yard extermination.
